Both graduates of Johnson & Wales University hold a bachelors in Food Service Management with Lara specialising in Culinary Arts and Maria in Baking & Pastry. With their combined kitchen experience they realised what they appreciated the most was the ability to make beautiful food both seasonal and accessible to anyone (yes that means you with the allergies/dietary restrictions!). We want to create a family where everyone is included.
